Bethan is a Psychotherapist and Mum of three who lives in Ireland. It was the becoming a Mum of 3 that took her on the wildest ride to figuring out who she wanted to be as a person and parent. Bethan has been supporting people therapeutically for over 15 years. She has worked in addiction, homeless services, suicide and self-harm prevention and now runs the online parenting community the Calm Parenting Club which supports parents to re-parent themselves and have the relationships they want to have with themselves and their children.
