Summary:

Please Note: Today's podcast covers childhood trauma that may be difficult for some listeners.

For today's episode, we are joined by Claudia Belliveau. We will discuss the observations that Ms. Belliveau has discovered as well as the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) on parents and children, and how we can help overcome these traumas.

Edit: During our chat, we mentioned that a score of 6 or more on the ACE scale is considered high. However, the cutoff for a high score is actually 4.
